By downloading or using PMP 2026: Exam Prep & Practice ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is an independent exam-preparation tool that provides practice questions, activities, progress tracking, and study material for the Project Management Professional exam. It is a study aid only and does not guarantee any exam result.
The App is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Project Management Institute (PMI). "PMP", "PMBOK", and related marks are the property of PMI. Practice questions in the App are original and are not reproductions of official exam questions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must be 18 or older to use the App. Provide accurate information when creating an account.
The App offers optional premium subscriptions billed through Google Play or the App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Payments are handled by the respective app store; refunds are subject to their policies.
The free version displays advertising through Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute its content, or to disrupt its operation.
All content in the App — including questions, explanations, concept briefs, design, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own exam preparation.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or that use of the App will result in passing any exam. Exam content, format, and outlines are set by PMI and may change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
