App: PMP 2026: Exam Prep & Practice

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what data is removed.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app: Go to Settings → Account → "Delete Account" and confirm. Your account and data are removed automatically.

Option 2 — By email: Send a message to erkanyagmur2828@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account. We will verify and process the request.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials (email/authentication)
Your learning and progress data (answers, scores, streaks, activity history)
Any preferences or settings stored with your account

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate business records (for example, transaction/billing records held by Google Play or the App Store). Purchase records are managed by the app stores, not by us, and are subject to their policies.

Timing

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once complete, your data cannot be recovered.
